=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-06-2017 From the show-cause filed by the respondents today, it is seen that the entire payment to the petitioner amounting to Rs. 3,68,713/- has been paid and further all other dues to the petitioner is seem to have been paid.

From the aforesaid show-cause filed by the respondents, the entire terminal benefits of the petitioner after his retirement seem to have been settled after payment of Gratuity, Pension and other benefit.

In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken in these proceedings. In case the petitioner has any grievance
