2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents to consider his case for compassionate appointment. The brother of this petitioner died in harness and after five years of the death, the application was submitted for compassionate appointment. The case of the petitioner was considered by the District Compassionate Committee which was rejected in view of the letter of the Personal and Administrative Reforms Department.

3. In view of the time frame for submitting application for grant of compassionate appointment, the Court does not find any infirmity in the order impugned.
