The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions for commanding and directing the Respondent authority to pay the enhance revised scale differences which is effected from 01.04.1997 to till 31.10.2004 and along with Dearness Allowances differences also remained dues from 01.07.91 to till 31.10.2004. It is withheld by the Respondent authorities without any reasonable ground as well as the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15254 of 2015(2) dt.01-09-2023 3/3 further prayer is for the interest on the basis of admissible rate on the entire differences arrears of the enhance revise scale due to delay payment by virtue of negligence and whimsically attitude adopted by the concerned authorities and have taken pretext of L.P.A. No. 960/2007 and hence in this regard, there is no concern of alleged L.P.A. in question for payment of said arrear."

Considering the nature of relief prayed for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
