2. Counsel for the State submits that question has been raised on the appointment of respondent No.7 on the post of Anganwari Sevika, but she has directly moved before this Court instead of the fact that she ought to move before the competent authority.

3. It transpires to this Court that annexure-7 is the representation which has been filed before the DPO, Samastipur

Patna High Court CWJC No.9581 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 by the petitioner.

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ application is hereby disposed off, directing the DPO, Samastipur to pass order on the representation (Annexure-7) filed by the petitioner within 90 days from the date of production of this order.

5. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to supplement her representation and the DPO, Samastipur shall pass order within 90 days from the date of appearance of the private respondent or any other concerned, who is necessary to be heard in this matter.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application stands disposed off.
