JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-02-2016 Keeping in view the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of the Chief Secretary as well as the Principal Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, and the mechanism put therein, which is of two tier mechanism, first by raising grievance before the Regional Deputy Director, who heads the committee constituted in terms of the notification as well as the State level tribunal, which has been notified, writ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to first move the concerned Regional Deputy Director. The committee set up under the chairmanship of the Regional Deputy Director shall examine the grievance of the petitioners and pass an appropriate order.
