The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court, reported in 2017 (2) PLJR 263 SC in the case of Mukesh and Another. v. State of Bihar and Others. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment rendered in the case of Mukesh and Another (supra) and the respondents are directed to grant same and similar relief to the petitioner herein and take a
