2. Writ petition has been filed for directing the District Magistrate - cum- Collector, Purnea as well as other police officers to provide police protection so that the petitioner's land be protected which is situated in Mauja - Fathepur, Mauja/Thana No. - 244, Jamabandi No. 281 , Khata

Patna High Court CWJC No.7413 of 2023(2) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 No. - 281 , 261 , Plot No. - 1367, 1368 , 1369, Area - 1 and 16; on the ground that the land in question is of the petitioner which has been purchased through the sale deed dated 12.05.2008, there is Jamabandi in the name of the petitioner. 3 . In the facts and circumstances of the case , writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation vide (annexure-7 of the petition) before the District Magistrate - cum- Collector, Purnea along with all the relevant documents in support of the claim, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. In the event, such representation is filed by the petitioners respondent No. 4 shall examine the claim of the petitioner and do the needful in accordance with law within a further period of three months.
