JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in order to file an appeal before the State Teachers Appellate Tribunal, Patna against the order dated 01.07.2016 passed by the District Appellate Tribunal, Araria. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal as aforesaid. It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner files an appeal within a period of four weeks from
