The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45729 of 2017 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 241 of 2016, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Udakishanganj, Madhepura. While granting anticipatory bail, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order i.e., 19.09.2017 and furnish bail bond within the stipulated period. No.60742 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 petitioner that due to some unavoidable reason, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond within the stipulated period. Hence, he prays that six weeks' further time may be granted so that the petitioner may surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the petitioner is granted six weeks' further time from today to surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond. The order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45729 of 2017 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed. U.K./- (Sudhir Singh, J) U T
