The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities for getting the encroachment removed made by Respondent Nos. 6 to 7 on a public road pertaining to Plot No.4446(old) Khata No.1508, area three Kathas situated under Mauza - Nariyar, Thana No.190, Circle - Kahara, in the District of Saharsa.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20013 of 2013 (2) dt.20-06-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application in view of the statement made in paragraph no.16 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2, 4 and 5 to the effect that the encroachment has been removed from the land in question.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of as withdrawn.
