JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH) Date : 21-11-2019 This application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act has been filed by the petitioners for initiation of a contempt proceeding against opposite parties for violation of the order passed in Civil Review No.400 of 2016 dated 08.09.2016 by this Court and after hearing the opposite parties punish them suitably.

2. After going through the record, we find that the petitioners have never put forth their claim before the authorities concerned in respect of the violation alleged by them in the present case.

3. After some arguments, Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought leave to file representation before the Director, Mass Education, Government of Bihar, Patna.

4. In view of the submissions made above, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file their representation within three weeks from today before the Director, Mass Education, Government of Bihar and in case such representation is filed, he shall dispose of the same by a

4/4 reasoned and speaking order within two months from the date of their filing.
