====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 329C of 2018 for the offences registered under Sections 323, 447, 354B, 506 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is instigating the coaccused to assault informant upon which informant was assaulted by co-accused. Further allegation against petitioner is that he put towel around the neck of the informant and dragged him and informant felt suffocation. There is land dispute between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.48296 of 2018(2) dt.18-09-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District- Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No. 329C of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
