Let the same be done during the course of the day. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, they are permitted to file representation regarding their grievance mentioned in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10158 of 2019(2) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 writ petition, before the respondent no. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners may file representation before the respondent no. 3 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
