2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 447, 448, 379/504 I.P.C. of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other 15 named F.I.R accused persons abused and assaulted the informant. It is further alleged that they have entered into the house of the informant and took Rs. 10,000/- and mobile phone.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is co-villager of informant. The allegation of assault is general and omnibus against the petitioner. No specific allegation of any overt act is alleged against this petitioner. Rest of the allegation is super

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned A.C.J.M. VI, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S. case no 547 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
