Petitioners are accused in connection with Bhagwanpur Hatt P.S. Case No. 199 of 2019 registered under Sections 399/402/413/414 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b) A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 80028 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 81751 of 2019 on 05.12.2019 and 11.12.2019 respectively. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hatt P.S.
