1. Heard the parties.
2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12532 of 2024 whereby the present petitioners have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45572 of 2024(5) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 petitioners earn their livelihood in another State and the said order was not communicated to them, as such, they could not surrender before the court below within the time granted by this Court. He accordingly prays for further two weeks' time to surrender before the learned court below.
4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned court below by order dated 14.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12532 of 2024 be extended by further two weeks from today.
5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
