The petitioner is given liberty to move before the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (in Short, CALA) concerned.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13735 of 2015(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 Petitioner is directed to file an application before the Competent Authority of Land Acquisition (in short, "CALA") which has been constituted under Section 3(a) of the National Highways Act 1956 by the Central Government within sixty days (60 days) from today.

The dispute in question has to be referred to the "CALA" i.e. Commissioner-cum-Arbitrator under Section 3 (G)

(5) of the National Highways Act. The Arbitrator will pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within four months from today.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
