2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 29.03.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 8703 of 2023.

3. Trial Court report dated 24.09.2024 reveals that out of eight prosecution witnesses, five witnesses have been examined so far and one private witness, I.O. and doctor are yet to be examined. Petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2020.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge - XII, Aurangabad in
