2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448 , 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 426 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of village politics and the accusation of assault by the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner having accused in three prior cases of similarl nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
