Patna High Court CWJC No.20670 of 2013 (2) dt.20-06-2017 to withdraw this application in view of the specific averment made in paragraph no. 14 of the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 on 20.06.2017, to the effect that the encroachment has been removed from the land in question. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
