The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S.Case No. 212 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 321, 448, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the injuries found on the person of the informant are simple and superficial bruises and the case has been instituted in retaliation to a complaint instituted by the petitioner Mayanand Yadav, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
