JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Earlier petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail for a period of one month vide order dated 16.5.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 21549 of 2018 with a direction to the petitioner to produce licence and other papers to the Drug Inspector, who will examine the validity of the same and if it is found correct, the petitioner shall be granted provisional bail, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

Petitioner has come for modification of the said order on the ground that he fell ill and as such he could not produce the papers before the Drug Inspector and he prays for extension of time to surrender and produce the papers.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, petitioner is directed to surrender
