JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2017 On perusal of the pleadings and other materials on record, it is evident that there is dispute between the petitioner and Respondent Nos. 7, 8 and 9 on the question of constitution of Managing Committee of S.K. High School, Dinachak, Khagaria, which is a privately managed School. The dispute is apparently between two private persons, which in my view, cannot be gone into the writ
jurisdiction.
Further, there are number of disputed question of facts, which cannot be adjudicated upon in the present proceeding.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
It is, however, observed that the petitioner shall have the liberty of filing civil suit for the relief as sought for, in the present application.
