Once the petitioners are getting salary of a Senior Accounts Clerk, no further indulgence into the matter is called for. In case, the respondents take any adverse action based on the notification dated 25.03.2015 on a future date, the State Government is duty bound

Patna High Court MJC No.6198 of 2013 (4) dt.30-06-2017 3/3 to take note of the principles laid down in the case of the present petitioners in Letters Patent Appeal No.206 of 2014 decided on 24.08.2016 and proceed to take a decision after taking note of the order passed by a Division bench of this Court. With the aforesaid observation, for the present, finding the petitioners to be paid the salary in the pay scale applicable to the Senior Accounts Clerk, no further action is required to be taken in the matter.
