From the averments made in para 19 of the writ petition it is apparent that for the same relief the petitioner had earlier moved by filing CWJC No. 22894 of 2012. The petitioner's prayer for regularisation was dismissed by this Court on 7.3.2014 in the earlier writ proceeding. For the same relief just six months after dismissal of his earlier writ petition instant proceedings have been filed on behalf of the petitioner.
