Having regard to the fact that the petitioners holding the post of Anganwari Sevika and Sahaika were removed from the service by the order dated 10.10.2012, which also got affirmed in the appellate order dated 17.5.2013 and that the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioners was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 17.4.2015 in C.W.J.C.No. 17150/2013 without giving any leave to the petitioners to move this Court again, this second writ petition for the same cause of action is definitely not maintainable.

It is, accordingly, dismissed.
