Petitioner is accused in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that in trial, the witnesses have not supported the prosecution case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.04.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29392 of 2020(5) dt.03-03-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.- II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017.
