2. Earlier the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 04.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1871 of 2024, due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioners could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to extent the time for furnishing the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48350 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 bail bonds of the petitioners.
4. In view of the matter, let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds/ surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order with given conditions.
5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 04.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1871 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) Jyoti/- U T
