That being so, no further action can be taken in the matter during the pendency of the Letters Patent Appeal. Accordingly, for the present, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek implementation of the order after the Letters Patent Appeal is decided and depending upon the consequence of the order that may be passed
