Learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner, by way of referring to the statement made in paragraph nos.4 and 5 of the present petition, submits that the order dated 05.01.2018 passed in Cr.Appeal (DB) No.1232 of 2017 has already been complied with. However, some delay has occurred, which has been explained in the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and Cr.Appeal (DB) No.1232 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original file.
