JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 03.07.2013 passed in Case No. 760 of 2011 by the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, East Champaran at Motihari.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law within the statutory period.
