Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father-in-law of the victim of dowry death. Petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2020. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete. Submission is that allegation is general and omnibus and the petitioner is victim of over implication. Considering the facts of this case aforesaid there is nothing for further detention of the petitioner as under trial prisoner as well as considering the age of the petitioner which is stated as 68 years, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty

No.29495 of 2020(3) dt.08-01-2021 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sariya (Jaintpur O.P.) Police Station Case No. 838 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
