JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2017 The present application has been preferred by the petitioners against the order passed by the District Appellate Authority vide Notification No. 7/B-3-80/2011-513 Dated 13.05.2015, by which State Appellate Authority has been constituted for redressal against the order being passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5825 of 2013 (4) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 District Appellate Authority.

Considering the same, the petitioners are directed to prefer an appeal in the light of the aforesaid notification of the State Government before the State Appellate Authority. The petitioners have further relied upon the Judgment of this court in the case of Kalpana Rani Vs. The State of Bihar through the Principal Secretary, Human Resources Development Department, Government of Bihar & Ors reported in 2014(2) PLJR (HC) 665. The petitioners shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period taking into the account the Judgment of Kalpana Rani Case (Supra) relied by the petitioners.
