JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.537(C) of 2021 registered under Sections 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is preparing for competitive examination and is ready to pay Rs.2000/- per month to opposite party no.2. In support thereof, a supplementary affidavit has been filed. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30259 of 2022(5) dt.28-03-2023 2/2 of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.537(C) of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
