There were some minor defects in the revision application, as per instructions received by learned State Counsel. He submits that some stamp fee is wanting and, therefore, the matter remained pending.

If the same is done, the revision application shall be disposed of on merit in accordance with law within four weeks. Writ petition stands disposed of.
