JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2023 At the outset, the learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed appeals before the appellate authority bearing Appeals no. 2, 3, 4 and 5 of 2023, which are pending before the learned Collector, Patna, hence, the same be directed to be disposed off, within a stipulated time frame.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6954 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Patna to dispose off the aforesaid appeals by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today.

It is needless to state that all the issues raised in the present writ petition shall also be taken into consideration by the appellate authority at the time of passing of the final order in connection with the aforesaid appeals.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
