Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detail representation before the Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry Department, Government of Bihar for grant of 3rd ACP to the petitioner in the light of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Amresh Kumar Sinha & Ors. v. The State of Bihar & Ors., reported in 2023 SCC Online SC 496 and later on clarified by the Full Bench of this Court in case of Kamlanand Thakur vs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18221 of 2014(3) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 State of Bihar & Ors. (C.W.J.C. No. 18727 of 2017).

3. At this stage, Dr. Mayanand Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has clarified that the petitioner has already filed his representation dated 12.05.2014 (Annexure '4'), which is pending till date and the same is required to be considered in the light of governing law laid down by the Apex Court.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
