Petitioner is an accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 05 of 2020 arising out of Mohania P.S. Case No. 46 of 2020. for the offence registered under Sections 8/21(B) of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the measurement of the seized substance like heroin was 16 gm. which was also wrapped with paper. Moreover, the petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2020.
