Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 158 of 2020 arising out of Goraul P.S. Case No. 312 of 2018 registered under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 68721 of 2019 on 04.03.2020. Further the fresh ground of the petitioner is that the witnesses did not support the prosecution case and they have turned hostile.
