Once this Court would find that the petitioner has not assailed the order of his removal from service and that the petitioner was only a contractual employee who had his tenure of service only up to 31.03.2015, there would be no question of reinstatement in service specially when he was also found involved in some very serious allegation of theft of the departmental material. That being so, this writ application is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
