This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 01.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.20468 of 2017 by this Court with regard to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below in connection with Roh P.S. Case No.45 of 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that vide order dated 01.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.20468 of 2017 by this Court, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from the date of the aforesaid order, was directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56495 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nawada, in connection with Roh P.S. Case No.45 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. but, due to some personal reason, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below in connection with the aforesaid case and prays for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below in connection with the aforesaid case.

Let the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below in connection with the aforesaid case be further extended for a period of four weeks from today.
