Respondents =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-04-2015 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

It appears from the records that petitioner had filed C.W.J.C. No. 9655/1992 assailing these very orders which was first dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 05.03.1993 and then on 07.11.1994 by Division Bench of this Court without interfering with the impugned orders. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to hear this matter which is barred by principles of constructive res judicata. Accordingly, this writ application stands dismissed.
