JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498 (a), 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Vide order dated 01.07.2019 the matter was sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report of Mediation and Conciliation shows that the petitioner is not ready to keep her wife. Petitioner is husband.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Mahila

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31701 of 2019(5) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018 from the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Rohtas.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
