Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR would reveal that name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Sahjad.

Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30978 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Pirbhahore Police Station Case No. 194 of 2018, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
