The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C371 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 498(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the notice has sent to the opposite party no.2, but did not appear in the present case. No offence is made out under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with full honour
