2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 76, 351(1), 352 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Allegation against petitioner is that he regularly used to tease informant and pressurize her to solemnize marriage with him. Petitioner is also alleged to have put vermilion on the forehead of informant and thereafter, took her picture in mobile phone and threatened to make the picture viral on social media and when mother of informant went to complain about this matter, petitioner's family members became irritated and intended to scuffle with her. The victim/informant has supported her prosecution version in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., 2023.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
