Petitioner is an accused in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Cod and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail vide order dated 28.05.2020 & 01.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5743 of 2020 & Cr. Misc. No. 9240 of 2020. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.06.2020.
