It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that now an alternative and efficacious remedy is available before the State Appellate Authority. He submits that he would be challenging the order dated 05.07.2016 passed by the District Appellate Authority, Kishanganj in Appeal No 15 of 2015 before the State Appellate Authority.
In view of such submission, the writ petition is
Patna High Court CWJC No.58 of 2017(3) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Appellate Authority.
