2. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioners and have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 582 of 2016 having earlier been rejected by orders dated 13.02.2019 and 10.04.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 8330 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 17130 of 2019, respectively.

3. This Court, however, takes note that the present anticipatory bail petition has been filed in the year 2019 in respect of the F.I.R. which has been instituted as far back as in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29012 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 year 2016. The petitioners have not offered any satisfactory explanation for the delay and there is no immediate apprehension of their arrest. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
