2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 431 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/354(B)/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of the informant with iron-rod. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29435 of 2025(2) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 431 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
